Method
Combine all ingredients – adjust consistency with liquids.
Taste for seasoning.
Combine kale, green onions, lemon zest, cabbage, carrots with dressing in a large bowl.
Divide into 4 portions.
Garnish with pumpkin or hemp seeds.
